Multiple Events For Great Falls Law Enforcement Appreciation Day – July 29

Editors note: this article has been updated to reflect new or changed information.

The sheer awesomeness of our community amazes me once again.

We support the Great Falls Police Department and the Cascade County Sheriff’s Office, their officers, employees, and families – several local businesses and individuals have stepped up to add their support.

  • First up, George Nikolakakos has organized a GoFundMe page fundraiser on behalf of the Great Falls Police Community Foundation.  Donations are 100% tax deductible. You can donate here.
  • Next, a local anonymous donor in conjunction with three local businesses is doing the following: Double Barrel Coffee House Cafe will be delivering lunch to the Cascade County Sheriff’s Office. Teriyaki Madness will be catering lunch for the Great Falls Police Department on the 29th. Breakfast Burritos from Morning Light Roasters will be delivered to both the GFPD and the CCSO for breakfast. Many thanks to the anonymous donor and to these great local businesses.
  • Next, the Celtic Cowboy will be hosting a Thank-A-Cop event that evening offering 10% off for local law enforcement.

The rally originally scheduled that evening, Wednesday July 29, starting at 6:30 PM at Margaret Park, has been postponed. When a new date for the rally is determined we’ll get it out to the public forthwith.
