There is a man.
He is a preening gun grabber, a nanny-state Napoleon who crusaded against soda pop (16oz and up), and who spent over $1.2 billion on his presidential campaign before flaming out in spectacular fashion.
His name, although incidental to the main point, is “Mini” Mike Bloomberg.
